What can you expect at Russell Occupational Therapy?
Care tailored to your needs
At Russell Occupational Therapy we know that your needs are as unique as you are, and we pride ourselves on offering tailored solutions and support that fit you perfectly. We draw upon the many industry and professional relationships forged in our decades of experiences to ensure that you receive the best care and support.
Where did we spring from?
Russell Occupational Therapy was founded by Anna Russell in 2025, during a period of significant change within South Australia’s disability services sector. At that time, Anna was employed as a Senior Clinician with the MS Society of South Australia (MSSANT). When MSWA stepped in to continue essential services following organisational changes within MSSANT, Anna identified an opportunity to broaden her scope of practice and support people with a wider range of disabilities and needs.
Anna chose to establish an independent service, allowing her to explore new directions in her clinical work and continue supporting individuals with diverse abilities and goals, not only those living with multiple sclerosis. Becoming an independent clinician enabled Anna to deliver person-centred, high-quality care while maintaining a healthy balance between her professional and family life.
A caring approach
At heart, Occupational Therapy is about providing care for those who need us. Empathy, compassion and honesty are at the core of our values and we are committed to ensuring that your experience of working with us is as positive as it can be. We also believe that OT services should be accessible and our therapists emphasise a down to Earth approach that places you at the centre of their thinking.
Russell Occupational Therapy is grounded in compassion, respect, and empowerment, providing person-centred, high-quality support that helps clients maintain independence and participate meaningfully in their everyday lives.
